Meto - completely up there, as I see, you didn't get an answer to your question, what is the basis for weather forecasts on hribi.net. I assume ARSO. I've asked myself that many times too because sometimes they are completely off, especially changes in the forecast with big delay when you're mostly already at the top and find out you're in grayness instead of the forecasted sun. I've tested and experienced that many times. So, one can't rely too much on it.

I'm wondering too where the weather data for individual peaks come from if today, e.g., we look at the weather for Marmolada, it shows 6 days of sun without a cloud, but if we look at some Italian or Austrian weather forecast, the picture is substantially different!?

There are several sources actually. But I think the problem is not in sources but error in determining location. Meaning it happens to show weather data for wrong place.
Will try to fix error as soon as possible.

Rok, thanks for the willingness. It is really necessary to see what's wrong. We'll really be happy if you manage to correct something, because persistently major anomalies occur. If we just compare the weather on hribi.net e.g. Kamniško sedlo for tomorrow with the Aladin product from ARSO - cloudiness and precipitation images, it's clear that tomorrow half of the mountainous area in Slovenia will be in clouds and rain, but on hribi.net all suns. Something really doesn't add up here. Sorry!
