Which butterfly or insect is this?

I photographed mountain Apollo on a hike to Bavski Grintavec years ago. I know there has to be bad weather when they rest on flowers.

Wow, mountain Apollo, I've seen exactly one in my life (high in Loška Koritnica valley), but it wasn't up for posing, it flew off before I turned on the camera.

Butterfly on picture 9 bears the name mourner, undeserved for such a beautiful butterfly,
on pictures 8 and 16 it's meadow brown,
on picture 18 I'd say it's the wall brown too.
Picture 12 - fritillary family, maybe Glanville fritillary
on picture 17 maybe black Apollo

rok.si - only the butterfly on picture no. 10 remained undetermined - the photo is nice. Thanks for the identifications.

Velkavrh, you probably overlooked that I identified your butterfly on picture 10 on 14.9. - Arran brown. If Rok and Zlatica confirm too, then we're on track. mežikanje

Tadej, I searched for your dragonfly from 14.09. and found it. It's pale pincertail-Onychogomphus forcipatus.

I have to compliment you, you are very diligent in identifying and you're on the right track. Rok was right about 8. 9.12, 16, 17, 18, zvončica for 10,15, on 13 is pegasti vitki kozčiček, on 18 is gospica-samček, on 19 is rjavček, but it could be pomladni not only gozdni (rjavčki are difficult), on 20 is one of the pisančkov and on 21 one of the modrinov.
