Here grow the snake's-head fritillary Fritillaria meleagris, which has a checkered pattern, and rarer mountain fritillary-Fritillaria orientalis, which is quite similar to it. This was photographed by B.C. and is a few pages back (87). The fritillary in the picture has streaks, that's the Greek one (Fritillaria graeca).

Looking at Tadej's pic 11 and mine... I don't see similarity, since his is lower growing than this one I have in pic. And flowers seem more cup-like to me than Tadej's...

It's not exactly a thankful job to judge which flower it is based on a photo, but for yours I say almost 100% it's the alpine pasqueflower. If I'm wrong, our excellent flower connoisseurs—there are quite a few—will tell.   Best regards!

Sorok, your beautiful white beauty is Traunfellner's zlatica. Similar to the alpine one, only extremely rare. This little beauty of yours I haven't seen this year yet. Will have to go a bit to the Czech or Ledin - there are plenty.

francimedved, you photographed flowers typical for the valley world 1.,9., 10.-I'll look again-I have it in my collection 5., 17., 18.-šentjaanževka-medicinal plant 6.,7., 8.-navadna madronščica 13.,14.-locally Turkish carnation-bearded pink-in the garden you have colorful cultivated ones 15., 16.-common garden larkspur-annual that self-sows and has escaped into the wild. Very old garden flower. 11., 12.-ripeča zlatica-very common meadow flower-poisonous.

All of you have wonderful photos. Franci, also navadni čistec, šentjanževka, navadna madronščica, srčna moč and annual larkspur are beautiful. And also the dog and the blind one. Regards
