Otiv, what all you've found despite the cold weather and numb hands. That's love and passion The marsh tulip completely captivates me. The spring vetch and star-of-Bethlehem also have nice attire. The hollow cockscomb multiplies quickly, the bird's milk instead of the sun that woke the periwinkle...lp

I can't distinguish the cockscombs, forgot everything from last year. The leaves on the first picture look familiar, but I don't know where they belong. Bellflowers were nearby, maybe some new bellflower variety.

Otiv, you just have to remember two cockscombs - the solid and the hollow one. You know, the solid is "so solid" that it can have divided petal-like leaves under the flowers, the hollow has whole ones. Your new bellflower variety on the first picture could be called Galanthus nivalis "otivus", but it won't. Bellflowers don't grow from such leaf rosettes. You'll have to go back there in a while and find out what will sprout . I guess - pyramidal star-of-Bethlehem???lp

Today on Šmarnogorska Grmada I found an interesting flower that I've never noticed before. First I thought it was hepatica. The leaves near the flowers are of the violet, which accompanies it.

Apolonija thanks, it seemed strange to me because it has four green leaves right below the flower on the stem which I didn't notice on the others.

Today I went to Kamniški vrh. Unfortunately real spring hasn't started here yet. Actually nothing is blooming yet.

Brane, you still "collected some flowers", a week ago on K. v. there was only coltsfoot and some hawkweeds and snowdrops, otherwise real winter and brown grass, as you noticed yourself. Apolonija, your garden is nicely blooming, on mine too the hairy violets are already flourishing, I see that Blagaj's wolfsbane and early tulips are scenting your garden too. Otherwise from today from our Komenda Šenturška gora already the first orchids namely pale helleborine. I hope I didn't make a mistake in the identification. Every year at this time it waits for me at the same spot in the forest so I can admire it. I only had my phone at hand, so the photos aren't too close-up. best regards

Apolonija, this year the orchid is at least a week late in blooming. In other years it was already in full bloom at this time.. Just today I read somewhere that this is the earliest helleborine and that in years without cold winters it even blooms mid-March.

Zlatica, guessing. The plant on 1 looks like five-leaved hempnettle, flowers are already like that, leaves not visible well. On 11 and 12 is plantain, probably three-leaved. Regards
