Which flower is this?

Apolonija23. 07. 2015 23:07:19
Otiv, yours is probably Witasek's bellflower

Zlatica, scheuchzerjeva bellflower has rounded basal leaves with longer petioles. It can exceptionally have more than one flower. I think it's very likely the one in the pic.

Only now I saw how many bellflowers you uploaded. I wrote about those on the first pics. I'll look at the others tomorrow.

Yes, Apolonija, you really are gold... I found a set of pics on the internet that excellently shows details of S. bellflower http://luirig.altervista.org/flora/taxa/index1.php?scientific-name=campanula+scheuchzeri
And Otiv, beautiful sky blue of bellflowers. Bravo! And of course some curiosity, where did you graze in this blueness? zmedenvelik nasmeh

Otiv, of course your flowers appeal to me, especially because you photograph them so nicely. These rock cress are competing which is prettier, they have completely charmed me. So as not to do injustice to poppies, saxifrages, bellflowers... Well, maybe I'll go see them live soon!velik nasmehvelik nasmeh

Hello "flower friends"!
Zlatica; on the Dleskovska plateau my "old eyes" rest, under blooming Dleskovec the "old soul" also calms.
9-10; not just brothers, but enough for a real "gypsy family".
Apolonija; this "stranger" is 10-15 cm tall;
Otiv; random passerby said: oh, that's gentian. Is it?
Thanks for your answers!!

I already found @dleskovec, of course it's gentian namely Gentiana punctata. nasmeh

I also thought of the spotted rampion, but in the handbook Alpine Flowers by W. Lippert it says it doesn't grow in Slovenia. That and because I've never seen it live, on the picture the leaf color isn't green, but quite with a brown-reddish tint, convinced me I'm wrong. Has anyone of you seen spotted rampion in our Slovenia? This interests me a lot. I think I'll have to wait for what Apolonija says or for it to bloom zmeden

Hello! You're tireless, nice. Zlatica, thanks for thinking of me, but I'm no expert. Dleskovec, when I saw your stranger, gentianella came to mind right away, maybe German. I myself encountered it so chocolate-colored. That's why I asked for size. The photo can be deceptive. If I saw it in nature......Do you know gentianellas? Could it be?

Madonna, did I give you "work" with this my stranger..
Apolonija, I know fringed gentianella, but this surely isn't it. You give more possibilities with "German"; that's it...
Need to photo from another angle? I'm going up right now, it's no more than 3 hours...

Are you really going? Won't there be a thunderstorm? Look well and tell how big the leaflets, flower buds are... maybe already blooming. I think otherwise Vito's first variant could fit - cross-leaved gentianella.

Today my colleague and I were in Italy. We started from Planina Pekol and headed to Montaž to the saddle above Strmali. Montaž was shrouded in fog so we climbed two peaks right of the saddle - first was surely Jof dei Dosteis. Strma peč was too far already. When fog cleared we went across glacier to Montaž. Lots of flowers still, but crumpled and broken from yesterday's rain. Managed to take some pics anyway. With new camera I'm just learning to shoot.
Still some rhellikanova murka can be found.1
There is much long-leaved grabljišče all the way to the saddle.2
In between shiny grintavec is also found.3
There is also much cup-shaped sviščevec, I can't distinguish the species.4
Not rock smiljes. I identified it as Cerastium alpinum-does not grow here. It could also be Carinthian or South Alpine.5
The July poppy hid under the cliff.6
Here too I find the Triglav primrose-Cvetja really had only for a sample,7
Montaž itself is a paradise for various saxifrages-here is the evergreen and spindle houseleek.8
I think this is the cochlear saxifrage. There is a lot of it.9
Then I found quite a few saxifrages that I still need to study thoroughly. After studying the flower I identify it as Saxifraga tombeanensis. It is similar to our encrusted one.10
Flowers of the crusty saxifrage -Saxifraga crustata.11
By the characteristic rosettes I recognize it as musk saxifrage - Saxifraga exarata subsp. moschata.12
Panicled saxifrage - Saxifraga paniculata. Recognized by characteristic leaf rosettes.13
Panicled saxifrage.14
Around the summit of Montaža blooms the Triglav rose.15
I even found a Triglav gentian. It had really only a sample of flowers.16
