Deniss, great pictures you sent us. Unfortunately I can't distinguish the cup gentians. The German one is just one of them. The thistle is the alpine one though.

the first unknown is rock buckthorn (Frangula rupestris),

the second is entire-leaved cotoneaster (Cotoneaster integerrimus)

I'm glad that at least you persist and photograph. Are the others just at home?nasmeh

Thanks Polona for the help. Already adding the names. Do you know if these fruits are edible? I also miss that flower lovers have completely vanished lately, although flowers still persist. mežikanje

Fruits of rock buckthorn are important bird food, but you'd better not eat them. Bark extracts (tea) act as a laxative like with common buckthorn.

Fruits of cotoneaster, blackthorn, hawthorn and rowan are not recommended fresh, so we use them only for jams and jellies. Lp
