B.C., on picture eight it is indeed glandular hemp-nettle. Under your today's 14th is early marsh orchid. Under 15, after checking numerous pictures, I concluded it's common water chickweed - Myosoton aquaticum.

Oh, that was fast, thanks. I won't have to browse books and internet, because I don't know these white flowers well. Seems to me there are quite a few similar among them.

B.C. I like your activity and nice soul pictures and some witty caption. For more precise identification of lesser known plants....well, it's a bit harder, because not all plant parts are clear. It's not that important, right, Vito? Brane, just a bit jokingly, a bit seriously challenging you. You say under 15 it's common chickweed. What if not? It blooms from summer to autumn, needs wetland...unless plants are confused this year. What if it's greater stitchwort Stellaria holostea??? Regards

I think your flower has red berries in autumn.

miri-your flower is called arum-I have it on my flower bed too. It really forms a conical cluster of red berries in autumn. Apolonija, B.C.'s picture emphasized the white flower more, while stem and leaves are blurred. Flowers of chickweed and stitchwort are very similar. Stitchwort has thinner, elongated stems and more pointed leaves. Stitchwort is usually found more in forest or forest edges. Around Postojna flowers are earlier, and this spring is too warm. I allow the possibility that it's also stitchwort. I usually find this stitchwort around my home in the forest. Haven't seen it this year yet. Greetings.

Velkavrh and Apolonija, perhaps the two photographs below will help you determine the flower in picture no. 15, where the leaves are a bit more distinct.

B.C., good morning and thanks for the effort. I couldn't say anything for sure. Common chickweed - has bluish-colored pollen sacs, immortelles generally also have more than 3 necks on the fruit. On your pictures I see 3, but they are not the best visible. If it's starflower I'm not sure. I thought of many-flowered, because your flower reminds me of it, less of woodland. So, I don't know. Lp

Apolonija, let this be in thanks this time a bouquet of orchids from Domače gore (capital letter not mistake, since they grow on hill named Domače gore, on Vremščica ridge). Saw them first time, there are quite a few. If correctly identified, it's elder finger orchid. Other flowers from Slatna and Domače gore I'll post later.

B.C. Thanks for wonderful orchids. You identified the name correctly of course. For some years planning to go to Vremščica, haven't been there yet. This year maybe it works. Waiting for peonies. Tynki, perhaps I can whisper to you that it's classless fox. Lp

Velika Planina covered with a lilac thin veil, that gives you the feeling as if in school you got a five.

If the picture is "fresh" it's probably evergreen candytuft, as it's one of the first flowers in the mountains. Best regards!
