Brandlscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2371 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.3 km north of peak Rettenzink. The nearest mountain hut is Gleiwitzer Hütte, located 1.0km south-southeast. And bivouac Radlrastplatz Karprun is also close by. 0.5 km east-southeast of the saddle there is lake Brandlsee. 5 km south from the saddle there is glacier Walcher Kees, 7 km west-southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Schmiedingerkees. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Käfertal.
