Firnsattel

Description:
Firnsattel is a saddle at an altitude of 2860 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 1.0 km northwest of peak Gsallkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Verpeilhütte, located 3km south-southwest. A bit closer is Gsallalm, which is located 2km to the west. Northwest from the saddle there is glacier Gallruttferner, 0.7 km south from the saddle there is also glacier Gsallferner. West of the saddle is the valley Kaunertal. The saddle is located below the ridge Kaunergrat.
