Rofelewand is 3353 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 3 km north-northeast of peak Schwabenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Verpeilhütte, located 3km west-southwest. A little further is Gsallalm. 0.8 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Piösmesferne, 0.9 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Schweikertferner. Northeast of the summit is the valley Pitztal. The peak is located on the ridge Kaunergrat.
