Verpeiljoch is a saddle at an altitude of 2830 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 5 km northwest from the center of Plangeross and 6 km east-southeast from the center of Feichten. The nearest mountain hut is Kaunergrathütte, located 2km south. A little further is Plangeroßalm. 0.5 km south-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Seebachferner, 1.1 km southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Unterer Verpeilferner. Southeast of the saddle is the valley Pitztal. The saddle is located on the ridge Kaunergrat.
