Parstleswand Ostgipfel is 3085 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 4 km west-northwest from the center of Plangeross and 7 km east-southeast from the center of Feichten. The nearest mountain hut is Kaunergrathütte, located 1.3km west-southwest. Plangeroßalm is a bit further away. 0.7 km southeast of the peak there is lake Mainzer See. 2 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Unterer Verpeilferner, 2 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Plangeroßferner. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Pitztal.
