Aperes Madatschjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3030 meters in the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 0.9 km north of peak Watzespitze. The nearest mountain hut is Kaunergrathütte, located 0.9km east-southeast. Watzeberg hunting lodge is a bit further away. South-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Planggeroßferner, 0.6 km west from the saddle there is also glacier Madatschferner. East of the saddle is the valley Pitztal. The saddle is located on the ridge Kaunergrat.
