Friesenbergscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2904 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located 1.2 km southwest of peak Hoher Riffler. The nearest mountain hut is Friesenberghaus, located 1.1km southeast. And Museum is also close by. 0.8 km northeast from the saddle there is glacier Schwarzbrunnerkees, 0.8 km west-southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Gefrorene Wand Kees. Southeast of the saddle is the valley Zamser Grund.
