Glanzscharte

Description:
Glanzscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2357 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.5 km north-northeast of peak Nördlicher Glanzkopf. The nearest mountain hut is St. Pöltner Hütte, located 5km southwest. A little further is (Jhtt.). Southeast of the saddle there is lake Glanzsee. 6 km south-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Landeggkees, 7 km south-southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Sonnblickkees. The saddle is located north-northwest of the valley Dorfer Tal.
