Mandlscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2280 meters and is part of the Karwendel Mountains. The saddle is located 0.2 km south-southwest of peak Südliches Gleierschtaler Brandjoch. The nearest mountain hut is Pfeishütte, located 1.5km northeast. Even closer is bivouac Unterstand Melzerknappen, which is located 0.2km to the north-northeast. The saddle is located above the valley Samertal.
