Matscher Jöchl - Passo di Mazia is a saddle at an altitude of 3179 meters in the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 0.5 km southwest of peak Freibrunner Spitze - Cima Fontana. The nearest mountain hut is Oberetteshütte - Rifugio Oberettes, located 3km southeast. A little further is bivouac Holzer Hütte. 1.6 km northeast from the saddle there is glacier Freibrunner Ferner - Vedretta della Fontana, 3 km east from the saddle there is also glacier Matscher Ferner - Ghiacciaio di Mazia. The saddle is located above the valley Matscher Tal.
