Nürnberger Scharte

Description:
Nürnberger Scharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2914 meters and is part of the Stubai Alps. The saddle is located 9 km west-northwest from the center of Innerpflersch - Fleres di Dentro and 9 km north-northwest from the center of Ridnaun - Ridanna. The nearest mountain hut is Bremer Hütte, located 2km northeast. A little further is Schafhütte. Southwest from the saddle there is glacier Aperer-Feuerstein-Ferner, 1.1 km east-southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Simmingferner. Northeast of the saddle is the valley Gschnitztal.
