Urfallspitze is 2805 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 1.0 km northeast of peak Gamsspitzl. The nearest mountain hut is Nürnberger Hütte, located 1.2km north-northeast. Aglsbach (Sennerbodenalm) is also relatively close. 2 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Hangender Ferner - Vedretta Pendente, 3 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Simmingferner. The peak is located south of the valley Unterbergtal.
