The nearest mountain hut is Bremer Hütte, located 2km northeast. A little further is Schafhütte. South from the summit there is glacier Aperer-Feuerstein-Ferner, 1.2 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Simmingferner. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Unterbergtal.
