Rositzscharte

Description:
Rositzscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2874 meters in the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 1.7 km west-northwest of peak K2. The nearest mountain hut is Kaunergrathütte, located 3km northeast. A bit closer is Watzeberg hunting lodge, which is located 2km to the northwest. 1.4 km east from the saddle there is glacier Wazebachferner, 3 km north-northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Madatschferner. The saddle is located east of the valley Kaunertal.
