Wazekopf

Description:
Wazekopf is 2918 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 5 km south-southeast from the center of Feichten and 5 km south-southeast from the center of Kaunertal. The nearest mountain hut is Kaunergrathütte, located 3km east. A bit closer is Watzeberg hunting lodge, which is located 1.7km to the west-southwest. 1.8 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Madatschferner, 3 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Wazebachferner. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Kaunertal.
