Seekopfscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 3042 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.3 km northwest of peak Kleiner Hexenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Eisseehütte, located 2km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Blinigalm. East from the saddle there is glacier Malfrosnitzkees, 0.9 km southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Hexenkees. The saddle is located northeast of the valley Timmeltal.
