Description:
Wildenkogelscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2851 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.6 km south of peak Wildenkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Badener Hütte, located 3km southwest. A little further is Ofneralm. 2 km west-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Karleskees, 4 km west from the saddle there is also glacier Kristallwandkees. North-northwest of the saddle is the valley Gschlößtal.
