Altkogel is 752 meter high peak in the Türnitz Alps. The peak is located 4 km north of peak Enzian. The nearest mountain hut is Teichhütte, located 3km northwest. Closer is Jagdhaus Habritzer, which is located 2km to the southwest. East of the summit is the valley Steinparztal.
