Baumbachspitze

Description:
Baumbachspitze is 3105 meter high peakon which a cross stands located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 9 km north-northwest from the center of Innerfragant and 10 km southwest from the center of Böckstein. The nearest mountain hut is Duisburger Hütte, located 1.9km south-southwest. Hinternaßfeldalm is also relatively close. 3 km south-southwest of the peak there is lake Weißsee. West-southwest from the summit there is glacier Mölltaler Gletscher, 0.5 km north-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Schareckkees. Southwest of the summit is the valley Zirknitztal.
