Donnerstein

Description:
Donnerstein is 1251 meter high peak in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 8 km south-southwest from the center of Grünau im Almtal and 10 km east-southeast from the center of Ebensee. The nearest mountain hut is Gasselhütte, located 6km northwest. Closer is bivouac Almtal Naturwildpark, which is located 4km to the northeast. Southwest of the summit is the valley Rettenbachtal.
