The nearest mountain hut is Mühlbacherhütte, located 16km northwest. A bit closer is bivouac Waldpavillon, which is located 3km to the south. The monument Unseren Helden zur Ehr' is also located near the top. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Annengraben.
