Hauerseekogel is 3059 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 5 km west-northwest from the center of Huben and 5 km southwest from the center of Längenfeld. The nearest mountain hut is Breitlehnalm, located 2km east-southeast. A little further is bivouac Wöckelwarte. 0.8 km west from the summit there is glacier Hauerferner, 4 km south from the summit there is also glacier Geigenkarleferner. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Ötztal.
