Breitlehnjöchel is a saddle at an altitude of 2639 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 5 km north-northeast from the center of Plangeross and 6 km west-southwest from the center of Huben and 1.1 km southeast of peak Hundstalkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Breitlehnalm, located 4km east-northeast. A little further is Luibisalm. 2 km south-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Geigenkarleferner, 2 km south from the saddle there is also glacier Rötkarlferner. The saddle is located east-southeast of the valley Pitztal.
