Rötkarljoch is a saddle at an altitude of 2710 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 1.5 km northwest of peak Hohe Geige. The nearest mountain hut is Rüsselsheimer Hütte, located 2km south-southwest. Plangeroßalm is a bit further away. 0.9 km east-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Rötkarlferner, 1.8 km east from the saddle there is also glacier Geigenkarleferner. Northwest of the saddle is the valley Pitztal.
