Breiter Kogel

Description:
Breiter Kogel is 3256 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 1.5 km north-northeast of peak Hohe Geige. The nearest mountain hut is Polltalalm, located 3km northeast. A little further is Luibisalm. 0.7 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Polltalferner, 0.7 km south from the summit there is also glacier Geigenkarleferner. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Pollestal. The peak is located above the ridge Hochgelaite.
