Hoher Kopf

Description:
Hoher Kopf is 2784 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 3 km north-northeast from the center of Plangeross and 7 km south-southeast from the center of Sankt Leonhard im Pitztal. The nearest mountain hut is Rüsselsheimer Hütte, located 1.8km south. Plangeroßalm is a bit further away. 1.1 km east from the summit there is glacier Rötkarlferner, 2 km east from the summit there is also glacier Geigenkarleferner. Northwest of the summit is the valley Pitztal.
