Furmente Kogel

Description:
Furmente Kogel is 2600 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Plangeross and 7 km west-southwest from the center of Huben. The nearest mountain hut is Rüsselsheimer Hütte, located 1.5km south. Plangeroßalm is a bit further away. 1.1 km east from the summit there is glacier Rötkarlferner, 2 km east from the summit there is also glacier Geigenkarleferner. The peak is located southeast of the valley Pitztal.
