Hochsedlkopf is 2766 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.6 km west-northwest of peak Kleiner Eiser. The nearest mountain hut is Fürthermoaralm/Ebmatten, located 5km northeast. A bit closer is Wurf Hochalm, which is located 4km to the north. The peak is located south-southwest of the lake Oberer Kleineisersee. 1.2 km south from the summit there is glacier Unteres Rifflkees, 1.8 km south from the summit there is also glacier Rifflkarkees. Southwest of the summit is the valley Dorfer Tal.
