Kesselwandspitze

Description:
Kesselwandspitze is 3414 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 9 km west from the center of Vent and 10 km north from the center of Kurzras - Maso Corto. The nearest mountain hut is Brandenburger Haus, located 1.6km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 6 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Langtauferer-Joch-Ferner, 6 km northeast from the summit there is also glacier Mitterkarferner. The peak is located south of the valley Taschachtal.
