Kesselwandjoch

Description:
Kesselwandjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3207 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 1.2 km north-northwest of peak Vordere Hintereisspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Brandenburger Haus, located 0.3km north-northwest. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 4 km south-southwest from the saddle there is glacier Langtauferer-Joch-Ferner, 5 km south-southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Hintereisferner. The saddle is located east-northeast of the valley Langtauferer Tal - Vallelunga. The saddle is located below the ridge Weißkamm.
