Mittlere Hintereisspitze

Description:
Mittlere Hintereisspitze is 3451 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 1.0 km east-northeast of peak Hintere Hintereisspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Brandenburger Haus, located 2.0km north. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 3 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Langtauferer-Joch-Ferner, 4 km south-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Hintereisferner. The peak is located east of the valley Langtauferer Tal - Vallelunga.
