Kleiner Raffein-Rabenspitz is 2974 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 2 km east-southeast of peak Grawand - Croda delle Cornacchie. The nearest mountain hut is Similaunhütte - Rifugio Similaun, located 2km northeast. A little further is bivouac Schäferhütte. 2 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Hochjochferner - Ghiacciaio Giogo Alto, 3 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Hochjochferner. The peak is located north of the valley Schnalstal.
