Description:
Hauslabkogel is 3402 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 6 km north from the center of Vernagt - Vernago and 6 km northeast from the center of Kurzras - Maso Corto. The nearest mountain hut is Similaunhütte - Rifugio Similaun, located 1.8km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 0.7 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Hochjochferner, 3 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Niederjochferner. South of the summit is the valley Schnalstal. The peak is located on the ridge Kreuzkamm.
