Description:
Lackenspitz is 2634 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 6 km north-northeast from the center of Zwenberg and 7 km northeast from the center of Stallhofen. The nearest mountain hut is Gießener Hütte, located 4km northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Kaponig-Biwak, which is located 1.6km to the north. 6 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Trippkees, 6 km north from the summit there is also glacier Winkelkees.
