The peak is located 1.8 km southeast from the center of Taipana / Tipana and 2 km west from the center of Platischis / Plestišča. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio A.N.A. Monteaperta, located 6km north. Closer is Cornappo, which is located 4km to the north-northwest. The peak is located southwest of the valley Krnica.
