Östliche Simonyspitze is 3448 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.6 km east-northeast of peak Westliche Simonyspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Warnsdorfer Hütte, located 3km north-northwest. A little further is bivouac Blinigalm. 1.0 km south from the summit there is glacier Simonykees, 1.2 km northeast from the summit there is also glacier Maurerkees. The peak is located southeast of the valley Krimmler Achental.
