Quirl is 3251 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 6 km west-northwest from the center of Hinterbichl and 9 km west-northwest from the center of Prägraten. The nearest mountain hut is Clarahütte, located 3km southwest. A little further is bivouac Blinigalm. 3 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Umbalkees, 4 km west from the summit there is also glacier Welitzkees. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Dabertal.
