Rotberg is 2003 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 1.5 km east-northeast of peak Kleinfadnler. The nearest mountain hut is Schwarzensteinhütte - Rifugio al Sasso Nero, located 4km northwest. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 4 km north from the summit there is glacier Tribbachkees - Vedretta Rio Torbo, 4 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Schwarzenbachkees - Vedretta di Rio Nero. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Floitengrund.
