Sandling

Description:
Sandling is 1717 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The peak is located 4 km west-northwest from the center of Altaussee and 6 km northeast from the center of Sankt Agatha. The nearest mountain hut is Lambacher Hütte, located 1.0km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Lupitsch Ort. 6 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Altausseer See. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Rettenbachtal.
