Saukopf is 2786 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 4 km south-southwest of peak Weinflaschenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Duisburger Hütte, located 3km north. Closer is Patschghütte, which is located 2km to the south-southeast. 1.9 km north of the peak there is lake Weißsee. 4 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Schapperebenkees, 5 km north from the summit there is also glacier Mölltaler Gletscher. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Zirknitztal.
