Description:
Weißseekopf is 2910 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 2 km south-southeast of peak Alteck. The nearest mountain hut is Duisburger Hütte, located 1.6km northeast. A little further is Trögeralmhütte. 1.3 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Weißsee. 3 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Schapperebenkees, 3 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Mölltaler Gletscher.
