Alteck

Description:
Alteck is 2942 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km west-northwest of peak Weinflaschenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Rojacher Hütte, located 1.9km northwest. Trögeralmhütte is a bit further away. 3 km southeast of the peak there is lake Weißsee. 2 km east from the summit there is glacier Mölltaler Gletscher, 3 km east from the summit there is also glacier Schapperebenkees. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Zirknitztal.
