Description:
Scheiblingstein is 2423 meter high peak and is part of the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 0.5 km south-southwest of peak Hunerkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Dachsteinsüdwandhütte, located 1.0km southwest. bivouac Ramsau Schi Willy/Rittislift is also relatively close. 1.1 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Schladminger Gletscher, 3 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Großer Gosaugletscher. South of the summit is the valley Preunegg.
